LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 241

241—Native title

        (1)         No dealing with land under this Act affects native title in the land.

        (2)         However, subsection (1) does not apply if the effect is valid under a law of the State or the Native Title Act 1993 (Commonwealth).
