South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The primary
function of the Panel is to assess and deal with complaints referred to the
Panel under Subdivision 3.
(2) In addition, the
Panel may—
(a)
publish practice directions relating to practices and procedures in respect of
matters before the Panel; and
(b)
publish guidance material relating to the performance of its functions under
this Division, including with respect to the interpretation or application of
a provision of this Division; and
(c)
perform other functions conferred on the Panel by or under this or any other
Act.
