South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) Subject to
subsection (2), the Panel may delegate a function or power conferred on
the Panel, other than a function or power under Subdivision 3 or a
prescribed function or power—
(a) to a
specified person or body; or
(b) to a
person occupying or acting in a specified office or position.
(a) may
be made subject to conditions or limitations specified in the instrument of
delegation; and
(b) may,
if the instrument of delegation so provides, be further delegated; and
(c) is
revocable at will and does not prevent the Panel from acting in a matter.
