South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) A copy of the
Gazette containing a proclamation made by the Governor under this Act is
conclusive evidence of the fact, terms, and validity of the proclamation, and
is evidence of the facts stated, recited or assumed in the proclamation.
(2) No proclamation
purporting to be made under this Act and within the powers conferred on the
Governor under this Act is invalid on account of any non-compliance with a
matter specified by this Act as preliminary to the proclamation.
