88—Rules of the Tribunal
Any three or more Judges of the Supreme Court may make rules for any of the
following purposes:
(a)
regulating the practice and procedure of the Tribunal;
(b)
conferring on the Tribunal any additional powers necessary or expedient for
carrying out its functions;
(c)
making any other provision that is necessary or expedient for carrying into
effect the provisions of this Part relating to the Tribunal.
