South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts88A—Supreme Court's inherent jurisdiction
(1) This Part does not
derogate from the inherent jurisdiction of the Supreme Court to control and
discipline legal practitioners.
(2) Without limiting
the operation of subsection (1), the Court may act under its inherent
jurisdiction to control and discipline legal practitioners on the application
of the Attorney-General, the Commissioner or the Society.
