(1) If the holder of
an authority, or a person acting in the employment or with the authority of
the holder of an authority, contravenes or fails to comply with a limitation,
restriction, condition or provision of the authority, the holder of the
authority is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $2 500.
Expiation fee: $210.
(2) In this
section—
"authority" means a permit, permission or other authority granted by the
Director, the Minister or a co-management board under this Act or other law.
