LEGAL PROFESSION ACT 2007 - SECT 368
Appeal against prohibition on withdrawal of certain property
(1) A law practice that is aggrieved by a notice referred to in
section 367(1) may appeal to the Supreme Court.
(2) The Supreme Court may –
(a) confirm the notice; or
(b) vary the notice; or
(c) revoke the notice.
