(1)  When dealing with a complaint or conducting an investigation, the Board may consult and co-operate with another person or body (whether in Australia or a foreign country) who or which has or may have relevant information or powers in relation to the person against whom the complaint was made or the person under investigation.

(2)  For the purposes of subsection (1) , the Board and the other person or body may exchange information concerning the complaint or investigation.
