(1) An order made by the Recorder (a) must be in writing; and(b) must set out the reasons on which it is based.(2) The Recorder must have a copy of the order served on (a) the relevant body corporate; and(b) the applicant for relief; and(c) any person who was entitled to make, and made a written submission to, the Recorder in relation to the application; and(d) any person who is required to do, or refrain from doing, a specified act by the order.(3) In this section,order includes (a) the variation of an order; and(b) an interim order; and(c) the renewal or revocation of an interim order.
