ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 - SECT 158B

    (1)     There is established a fund called the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Fund.

    (2)     The Council must open and maintain an account with an ADI for the purposes of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Fund.
