Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any amount held in the Building account immediately before the commencement day for the purpose of cladding rectification work must be paid out of that account on the commencement day into the Cladding Safety Victoria account.
(2) In this section—
"commencement day" means the day on which section 11 of the Building Amendment (Cladding Rectification) Act 2019 comes into operation.
