CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 169
Refusal or failure to comply with requirement
A person must not refuse or fail, without reasonable excuse, to comply with a
requirement of an authorised officer under this Part.
Penalty: 60 penalty units.
