CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 58

Secretary may inspect accounts and records

For the purpose of section 105 of the Local Government Act 2020 , the Secretary or any person authorised by the Secretary is authorised to inspect the accounts and records of a municipal council.
