CEMETERIES AND CREMATORIA ACT 2003 - SECT 59

A cemetery trust must ensure that, for each public cemetery for which it is responsible, records containing the prescribed information are kept in respect of—

        (a)     interments; and

        (b)     places of interment; and

        (c)     cremations; and

        (d)     rights of interment.
