CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 164

The Minister has the following responsibilities—

        (a)     to establish and maintain child protection services; and

S. 164(b) amended by No. 6/2024 s. 93.

        (b)     to promote a clear definition of the respective responsibilities, in relation to children at risk of harm, of protective interveners, community service providers and other persons and bodies working with children and their families in a professional capacity.

S. 165 repealed by No. 61/2014 s. 144.
