CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES ACT 2005 - SECT 617

    (1)     Section 429 as amended by section 33 of the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010 applies to the determination of an appeal in relation to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 33 of that Act.

    (2)     Division 2A of Part 5.4, as inserted by section 34 of the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010 , applies to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 34 of that Act.

    (3)     Section 430U as amended by section 40 of the Justice Legislation Amendment Act 2010 applies to an appeal in relation to a sentence imposed by the Children's Court on or after the commencement of section 40 of that Act.
