ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 96A

    (1)     The Minister may declare, by notice published in the Government Gazette, that the operation of the regulations, or of specified parts of the regulations—

        (a)     is suspended for a specified period; or

        (b)     is varied in a manner specified by the Minister.
