CLIMATE CHANGE ACT 2017 (NO. 5 OF 2017) - SECT 62

    (1)     A Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement comes into effect on—

        (a)     the date that it is executed by the parties; or

        (b)     any later date specified in the agreement.

    (2)     A Forestry and Carbon Management Agreement is binding on—

        (a)     the parties to the agreement; and

        (b)     any person who has consented to the agreement.
