COUNTRY FIRE AUTHORITY REGULATIONS 2014 (SR NO 165 OF 2014) - REG 20
Employee charged with criminal offence
An employee who has been charged with an offence punishable by a term of
imprisonment may be suspended from duty by the Authority until the charge has
been determined.
