DRUGS, POISONS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES REGULATIONS 2017 (SR NO 29 OF 2017) - REG 102

Part not to apply to pharmacists and other practitioners

In this Part—

"person" does not include a person acting in the lawful practice of the person's profession as—

        (a)     a registered medical practitioner; or

        (b)     a dentist; or

        (c)     a veterinary practitioner; or

        (d)     a nurse practitioner; or

        (e)     an authorised midwife; or

        (f)     an authorised optometrist; or

        (g)     an authorised podiatrist; or

        (h)     a nurse; or

              (i)     a registered midwife; or

        (j)     a pharmacist; or

        (k)     an authorised registered nurse.
