Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 46 of the Act, the following activities engaged in at an outdoor entertainment venue are prescribed permit activities—
(a) an operation outside standard operating hours;
(b) an operation with a period of more than 8 hours.
(2) In this regulation—
"standard operating hours "means from 12 noon until 11 p.m. on any day.
