FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 29

Individual abalone quota units not to be transferred if levy on quota units not paid

The Secretary must not transfer an individual abalone quota unit if the quota unit holder who applies to transfer the quota unit has not paid any prescribed levy due in respect of the quota unit.
