FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 30

    (1)     The holder of a commercial fishery licence may advise the Secretary, in writing, that he or she wishes to surrender that licence.

    (2)     The Secretary must, within one month after receiving a notice under subregulation (1)—

        (a)     cancel the licence; and

        (b)     advise the licence holder, in writing, that the licence is cancelled.
