FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 465

The following licences are specified for the purposes of section 128A of the Act—

        (a)     all classes of fishery access licence;

        (b)     all classes of aquaculture licence;

        (c)     all classes of fish receiver's licence.
