FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 466

Definitions

In this Subdivision—

"boat "means a boat used by a person to conduct a fishing activity authorised by a fishery licence;

"responsible person "means a person who is subject to an order under section 130(1)(e) of the Act requiring the person to install a vessel monitoring system on a boat.
