FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2009 (SR NO 2 OF 2009) - REG 68
Recreational fishery licence must not be transferred or lent
r. 68
The holder of a recreational fishery licence must not transfer or lend
that licence to any other person.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
