Victorian Numbered Regulations Victorian Numbered Regulations(1) The owner of a boat may apply to the Secretary for the renewal of the registration of that boat.
(2) The Secretary may renew the registration of the boat if—
(a) the Secretary is satisfied that the boat is to be used for one or more of the activities specified in regulation 72(1); and
(b) the applicant has paid the prescribed fee for the renewal of the registration of the boat.
