374A. Delegation of councils' powers in relation to registration of premises



(1) A council may delegate to one or more of its officers any of its powers
under this Part except this power of delegation.

(2) The refusal by an officer to grant, renew or transfer the registration of
any premises is of no effect until it is ratified by the council.
