Crown lands to be put into sanitary condition


418. Crown lands to be put into sanitary condition

It shall be the duty of the Department Head of the Department of
Sustainability and Environment whenever required in writing so to do by any
council to cause to be put into a sanitary condition Crown lands within the
municipal district or (in the case of a Shire Council) in any populous part of
the municipal district.
