Power to invest in debentures of Board


190. Power to invest in debentures of Board

Any corporate body may invest any portion of the funds or moneys in their
control in the purchase of any debentures issued by the
Melbourne and Metropolitan Board of Works pursuant to this Act or any
corresponding previous enactment and every such purchase shall be deemed a due
investment of any such funds or moneys.
