10. How to obtain a certificate of competency



(1) A person may apply to the Authority for the grant of a
certificate of competency.



(2) The application must-

   (a)  be in the form determined by the Authority; and



   (b)  be accompanied by-

   (i)  a notice of satisfactory assessment of competency issued by a
        certificate assessor under regulation 12; or

   (ii) a notice of equivalent competency issued under regulation 11; and

   (c)  be accompanied by a fee of $65.
