Expiry and renewal of authorisation

25. Expiry and renewal of authorisation



(1) An authorisation as a certificate assessor expires 3 years after the date
the certificate of authorisation is issued.

(2) A person can renew his or her authorisation as a certificate assessor by
applying to the Authority for the renewal not less than one month before the
date the authorisation expires.

(3) The application must-

   (a)  be in the form determined by the Authority; and



   (b)  contain any information required by the Authority; and



   (c)  be accompanied by a fee of $841.
