Suspended or cancelled certificates of authorisation must be returned

27. Suspended or cancelled certificates of authorisation must be returned



(1) The holder of a certificate of authorisation as a certificate assessor
must return the certificate to the Authority within 14 days of the suspension
or cancellation taking effect.

Penalty: 100 penalty units.

(2) If the certificate of authorisation has only been partially suspended or
cancelled, the Authority must issue the certificate holder with a replacement
certificate setting out the types of competency assessments that the holder is
still authorised to carry out.

(3) The holder of such a replacement certificate must return it to the
Authority within 14 days of being reissued with the certificate of
authorisation that was subject to suspension.
