Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts (1) Except as provided
in subsection (2) any person who has attained the age of 18 years is an
authorised witness for the purposes of this Division.
(2) No person who is a
candidate at any election shall be, or act as, an authorised witness in
connection with that election.
