Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person who
authorises a tobacco product or smoking implement to be delivered must ensure
that the package is clearly marked with the words “tobacco
product” unless —
(a) the
tobacco product is in the manufacturer’s original package only and is
labelled in accordance with the regulations as required by section 19; or
(b) the
delivery is made to the holder of a licence.
