Western Australian Current Acts Western Australian Current Acts A person must not
deliver goods that are marked as a tobacco product or might reasonably be
suspected to be a tobacco product or smoking implement unless —
(a) the
person receiving the goods provides his or her full name, date of birth and
signature on a delivery document to be kept by the deliverer; or
(b) the
delivery is made to the holder of a licence.
