TOBACCO PRODUCTS CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 17

17 .         Wholesalers of tobacco products to be licensed

                A person must not sell a tobacco product by way of wholesale sale except under the authority of a wholesaler’s licence.

        Penalty: see section 115.
