TOBACCO PRODUCTS CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 18

18 .         Indirect sellers of tobacco products to be licensed

                A person must not sell a tobacco product by way of indirect sale except under the authority of an indirect seller’s licence.

        Penalty: see section 115.
