TOBACCO PRODUCTS CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 6

6 .         Supply etc. to people under 18 prohibited

                A person must not sell, supply or deliver a tobacco product or smoking implement to a person who has not reached 18 years of age.

        Penalty: see section 115.
