TOBACCO PRODUCTS CONTROL ACT 2006 - SECT 7

7 .         Purchase on behalf of people under 18 prohibited

                A person must not purchase a tobacco product or smoking implement on behalf of a person who has not reached 18 years of age.

        Penalty: see section 115.
