Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) The chief
executive officer may from time to time determine the fees that are payable in
respect of providing residential accommodation on school premises.
(2) The maximum total
amount of fees that are payable in respect of providing residential
accommodation to a person is $10 500 each calendar year.
(3) Fees may be made
payable in relation to the use of accommodation facilities on a daily or other
periodic basis.
