Western Australian Current Regulations Western Australian Current Regulations (1) Subject to
regulations 117 and 118, an ordinary or a special meeting of a Council for a
school is to be held if so decided by the Council.
(2) The chairperson of
the Council is to convene Council meetings in accordance with the directions
of the Council in relation to the venue and time of the meeting and giving
notice of the meeting.
(3) A meeting of the
Council is generally to be open to members of the public but the Council may
decide to close to members of the public a meeting or part of the meeting on
the grounds set out in regulation 116 unless the meeting is one referred
to in regulation 117 or 118.
