WORKPLACE AGREEMENTS ACT 1993 - SECT 24

24 .         Cancellation and variation

        (1)         The parties to a workplace agreement may enter into an agreement in writing cancelling the workplace agreement.

        (2)         A workplace agreement cannot be amended.
