This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Registrar is
to keep a register of workplace agreements and the other agreements that were
registered under this Division as in force immediately before the commencement
of section 47 of the Labour Relations Reform Act 2002 .
(2) The register is to
be kept in a form and manner determined by the Registrar which may be in the
form of a computer record.
