This legislation has been repealed.
In any proceedings
under this Division, the court is not bound by any decision about the meaning
and effect of a workplace agreement made —
(a) by
arbitration under a provision described in section 21; or
(b) by
the Industrial Relations Commission under section 7F of the
Industrial Relations Act 1979 or in the circumstances provided for by section
94 of the Labour Relations Reform Act 2002 .
