This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person must not
make any statement to —
(a) an
employer or an employer’s bargaining agent; or
(b) an
employee or an employee’s bargaining agent,
that falsely asserts
or implies that the person is authorised under section 15 to represent
employees or an employer.
(2) A person, not
being duly authorised under section 15 to represent an employer or employees
in any dealings about the operation of a collective workplace agreement must
not interfere in or obstruct the dealings.
