This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A person must not
by threats or intimidation persuade or attempt to persuade another person to
enter into, or not enter into —
(a)
an agreement under this Act; or
(b)
an agreement under this Act that contains or does not contain particular
provisions.
(2) A person must not
intimidate an employee of an employer, or threaten injury or harm to the
person or property of an employee of an employer, because the employee is or
is not a party to —
(a)
an agreement under this Act with his or her employer; or
(b)
an agreement under this Act with his or her employer that contains or does not
contain particular provisions.
(3) A person must not
by threats or intimidation persuade or attempt to persuade an employer to
apply to any employee of the employer any provision of a workplace agreement
that is not binding on the employer.
