FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976

No. 156 of 1976 An Act to create a Federal Court of Australia and to make
provision with respect to the Jurisdiction of that Court.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976.*1*
