FEDERAL COURT OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1976 No. 156 of 1976 - SECT 2
Commencement.
2. (1) This Act shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the
Royal Assent.*1*
(2) No proceeding shall be instituted in the Court before a day to be fixed by
Proclamation as the day on which the Court shall commence to exercise its
jurisdiction.
